DeSade gave $615,000 of Florida’s taxpayers’ money to a company of his Russian friends to fly 50 people to Edgartown. That’s $12,300 per ticket. Since that’s about ten times the going rate for a one way flight, who pocketed the extra half million? Seeing as how the middle guy in the photo is Putin’s #2 Dimitri Medvedyev, probably no one whose name should be in the top ten recipients.
