I believe the special master will be done with his review rather quickly.

Judge Dearie is nothing like Judge Cannon the idiot. He has a lot of experience and he understands national security. Andrew Weissmann and others speak very highly of him.

1. I expect it to take 4-5 months, would that be 'quickly' or 'slowly'?

Seems to me that thousands of things needing to be looked at for critical issues, deliberated on, annotated for justifying each decision is going to take us at least up near if not into the new year.

2. The idiot Judge gave him until Nov 30th to finish his review.

I think he will be finished much earlier than that. I see no reason why this judge and his staff cannot quickly go through the unclassified documents quickly. I don't know if he will be allowed to look at the secret documents. I don't think that has been ruled on yet.

discount his findings. My guess is she would just sit on it until November 30--or indefinitely--all the while holding up DOJ. This is why successful appeal is so damned important.

Will Dearing be like him? You know he was approached about this in advance and tfg wouldn't put out his name without assurances of ruling for him. I fear this is yet another ploy, Garland got played and lost again, and Dearie will give executive privilege and let tfg get away with his destrudtion. There is no way in hell tfg suggested an honest person - NONE.

I believe the Special Master will rule rather quickly that the DOJ should have possession of the classified documents, but will be over-ruled by Judge Cannon.

It will then be up to the Eleventh Circuit to over-rule the Judge or let it be appealed to the next Court. It depends on how many are working with Trump to delay the process.

The next couple of weeks should be very interesting.

I’m guessing that’s one of the reasons #Traitor’s team wanted him.

Drag out the process, delay and stall has been a standard TrumpCo policy for decades
