My guess is that less than 2% of those Republicans guilty of felony election fraud will be arrested.

I fear it will be a classic case of foxes guarding the hen house. If there are Republican election officials committing felony election fraud by throwing away registrations or ballots, deliberately preventing registered Democrats from voting, making polling possibilities and/or absentee or mail-in ballots disappear, or interfering with the counting process to alter the fortunes of Republicans who would otherwise lose--does anyone REALLY think a Republican sheriff or AG will order their arrest and prosecution?

Sheldon Whitehouse talked about this Monday. he said that Republicans are going to steal the election and the Supreme Court is going to allow it.

DOJ could have put a damper on election fraud, but it didn't. DOJ allowed a pro-Trump Cyber Ninja group, break federal law and did nothing about it. Title 52 of federal election law says that ballots, voter information, election material and equipment must remain in the possession of election officials for 22 months. Have the Cyber Ninjas produced the documents a judge ordered them to produce yet? have they paid their 50k per day fine the judge imposed on them yet? Lol, the Cyber Ninjas were a bogus pro-Trump group that had a mailbox for an office and DOJ did nothing and so the fraudits spread across the country, people even accessing voter machines.

A bigger question is will anything be done by law enforcement to prevent voter harassment against Democrats that the Magats have publicly stated they are going to do?

Resorts to “crisis management” when a problem occurs.
That is why a plane was allowed to crash into the Pentagon on 911 and why insurrectionist invaded the Capital building on Jan6th.
There never really is a “proactive plan” in place, to prevent a catastrophe.

How many fake electors, how many who went "looking for votes," how many who tampered with voting machines and ballots?

Most important, how many who illegally pressured states' highest election officials to change the outcome?
