How far will the Judiciary go to protect the Republican Party from Trump's crimes?

There was a time when folks said, "Well, at least he hasn't corrupted our Judicial system yet". But the recent decisions by Trump judges has given people second thoughts. There is an uncertainty about our justice system.

Will they attempt to protect Trump from his many criminal liabilities, in order to protect the Republican Party? Can the American people rely on Judges to follow the law and not the politics of political Parties?

Because the Republican Party has chosen to protect and defend Donald Trump regardless of the crimes he might commit. They have never accepted responsibility for their defense of his criminal acts. They are responsible for where they find themselves today. They are responsible for permitting their Leader to continuously break the laws. They chose to remain silent.

Republicans have long believed that they "own" the judiciary, right up to the Supreme Court. Now the Courts must decide if they stand by the law and the Constitution or by the criminal Republican Party?

Moscow Mitch didnt pack the courts so he could be found out for his crimes, and to protect themselves they have to protect the disgusting traitor trump.

I get the feeling that they're increasingly unconcerned with what the people think. People can think what they want, but the courts remain packed with unapologetic partisans who hold great power and lifetime appointments.

I remain hopeful that we haven't quite reached the tipping point, and that there are still enough judges who are devoted to the rule of law. We will find out before long.

But yes the business interests on which the GOP was founded own the courts and will act to protect their party.

That is why they continuously threaten to investigate Democrats and imprison their political enemies whenever they can. (Reality Winner, ie)

At the same time, they feel they are exempt from any accountability. Look at the scofflaws in Congress at this time.

They believe they own the justice system.

Another fact, all the judges appointed by repugs were recommended by the Federalist Society and I believe almost all are members. The iikes of Cannon, Alito, Thomas, Handmaiden and Kavarape are in for Federalists and totally against the present constitution because the rich are not protected enough (in their greedy little minds) and the common person has way too much ability to live.
