There's a part of me that wants him to savage the hell out of every last one of the fascist pigs. I want every last one of them in jail, no matter what it takes. I want Garland to position DOJ to get them all.

But, another part of me wants to make sure that, if no one else gets got, T**** at least needs to be removed, to become a footnote in history. WE HAVE TO GET TRUMP. I am impatient for that to happen. I see no practical reason to wait, Midterms or not. By now, they either have him or they don't. I can understand a courtesy, if Comey had waited. But, since he cost us a person who probably would have been one fine President, in exchange for a wannabe dictator POS, I don't believe in extending that courtesy.

Now, we are trapped in 11th Circuit hell, just as T**** wanted us to be. Now, we will certainly be past the Midterms. We have no choice but to wait. But maybe, we will get an indictment the day after the 11th Circuit lifts the stay. One can dream.

It's part of the process, and yet, we can't be sure of a ruling that acknowledges basic precedence, if we get a Trumper Judge. What was it, 6 out of 11 were appointed by Trump? I find that hellish, only marginally less hellish than the results we'll get in SCOTUS under Thomas.
