Was maybe one forth filled. The rest were empty seats.

Then he humiliated JD by saying,” JD is kissing my *** to get my endorsement!” What a pitiful endorsement!

Did anyone read the transcript of TFG's 9/17 speech???

Even without the images and sounds of the lemmings' worship, it is frightening.

Couple of comments from his book, "The Art Of The Deal."

My style of deal-making is quite simple and straightforward. I aim very high and keep pushing and pushing and pushing to get what I’m after.

The best thing you can do is deal from strength and leverage is the biggest strength you have. Leverage is having something the other guy wants. Unfortunately, that isn’t always the case, which is why leverage often requires imagination and salesmanship. In other words, you have to convince the other guy it’s in his best interest to make the deal.

Trump has used his money and position over the years to create the 'leverage' he needed to make the deals he wanted to make. In reality, it was probably a lot of bullying and intimidation, with possibly some "make 'em a deal they can't refuse" type leverage. Business in general, can be ruthless...Example: https://onezero.medium.com/the-ruthless-tactics-keeping-amazon-on-top-fa6bd2e91117

At this point, I start speculating. Trump had no idea what Presidents of the United States are supposed to do. One story that went around, said he never expected to win the 2016 election and when he did, it was a a dog-catching-the-car reaction...now what do I do?

But being the arrogant and 'great I am' personality, he realized all the potential deals to be made and began doing what he does best...bullying and intimidating to get what he wanted. What he has yet to understand, US Presidents are not and cannot be, autocrats, though he got pretty close to being one.

He made the mistake of thinking he could avoid accountability for his actions just because he was President. His presidency has opened him up to legal liabilities that might never have occurred had he stayed away from politics.

Be careful what you wish for...
