My House colleagues and I are very concerned that the deeply flawed and unfair policy of blanket student loan forgiveness will also weaken our most powerful recruiting tool at the precise moment we are experiencing a crisis in military recruiting.

So, two elective invasions and occupations half a world away hasn't had an impact on military recruiting? Oh yeah, since Rep. Bacon can't blame Democrats for that, it must not be mentioned.

If you want enough cannon fodder, that's how you do it. (Not that I am even remotely advocating for a draft.) But, he's a coward, and he's not going to risk rich kids being forced into the military.
