Lyman apparently was taken today. Ukraine is returning the enormous number of artillery shells seized in the recent offensive to Russia. They are able to maneuver on the former Russian controlled railroad. The offensive across the Oskil River is just beginning. The Russians are out of troops. They won't be able to resist an offensive through north Luhansk.

12. Ukraine had literally run out of ammunition for their

East European artillery pieces in May and June. They couldn't match Russian firepower. They were launching one shell for every Russian ten. Western artillery arriving in the summer helped some. But now they can match the Russians shell for shell and even more with what was recently captured. 500 artillery pieces back in action according to Trent.
