Their laughable ruse of an amicus brief cites that the Biden administration cannot be trusted, never mind that the President is doing what he's supposed to do and staying hands off of the investigation letting DoJ do its fucking job.

Here's a link to the amicus brief. Given that the brief never once refers to the classified documents that are the subject of the DOJ motion, the court should reject the brief as not relevant.
