The Third officer is the one who arrested him and he was acting like a ass. If he had acted a little bit better You know not calling them stupid morons etc the third one would have not been called. He looks like he was in the military

There are numerous 1st Amendment auditors out there are that AA, Hispanic, etc and they're all still alive and still filming the police.

It matters not that the auditor was being rude, he didn't break any laws, photography is not a crime and the police are supposed to be the professional ones and not take the bait, as this POS sgt. did.

Now the county is going to pay a hefty judgement because these asshole deputies couldn't let their egos go and had to retaliate.

12. Once my son got his drivers license I gave him advise that has saved his ass

On more than one occasion. I told him as a young black man that any interaction he has with the police he better pull that phone out and record. Always film the police if you are stopped. They will say to my son don’t worry I’m filming also, but he replies back that he doesn’t press mute when his rights are about to be violated.
