She was a political climber at The Federalist Society. I think her ruling was a mixture of misplaced loyalty, misunderstood legal points, and sheer ignorance and incompetence.

The law is not her true field. She's a politician.

Anyone getting a ruling from her would do best to appeal since she is completely biases and has shown she is willing to subvert rule of law for certain types of people. I hope she's impeached/removed.

And we need a better review board in order to prevent biased judges from moving up in our legal system. As it stands, our legal system is not trustworthy thanks to Republicans placing the grossly biased and unqualified in top judicial positions.

Okay, I'm all on board with legal people laughing at Judge "Loose" Cannon and her stupid ruling. Where I lose interest is when they crow "and she's lost legitimacy/her reputation for all time!" Not in today's world, she hasn't. Unless there are consequences, she's still on that bench, making shitty rulings for shitty people, and now they know who to run to when they want her partisan judgements. Without consequences, this wasn't an abuse of her position, it was an audition. And for Maggats, she nailed it.
