James' civil case shows how compromised DA Bragg is

The Manhattan DA dropped the ball, both with the prosecution of TFG and the sweetheart deal to Wiesselberg.
I noticed James didn't refer to the Manhattan DA.

I don't know why, but he doesn't want to prosecute tRump.

We might find out some day. I hope someone runs against him in the primary and makes it an issue.

he shut the investigation down. That decision smelled then and smells even worse now with all the strong evidence AG James has just revealed...and she made a nod to the SDNY US attorney instead of Bragg, probably because she has her doubts about him.

Bragg suddenly announces his case against trump is still ongoing, but he has no credibility, and is going to have trouble getting re-elected after such a high-profile, public fuck up.

Makes one indeed wonder why he shut the case down initially when he could've been the one to finally nail trump.

The Southern District New York is Federal, currently that is Damian Williams, appointed by Biden. Trump also violated State laws and should have been prosecuted by the Braggs, Manhattan DA.
