Doesn’t get more grave a threat than what is publicly known, imagine what’s not publicly known, that the courts know.

The speed of these proceedings tell you all you need to know about the urgency of the situation. The serious, uncorrupted judiciary is not fucking around here.

what you say about what the courts may know that we don't.

And what they may have found out recently, hence the urgency.

(and refused a couple of opportunities to impeach him) - there wasn't really a whole lot that could be done about it. Then.

You put this man in the oval office. That's national security for you right there.

from Judge Dearie. Not that I care. But, after the Gov. turns in its part, Trump has four days to identify and annotate the docs they want back. I think there were around 500 of that type. But then, they confiscated around 11,000 docs, didn't they say that? I guess that they are talking about the 500 docs. Still, they're going to be up late.

Judge Dearie is an aggressive Judge, it seems. He said that they have but one chance to tell him the info. He isn't putting up with any crap from them. He may not have liked the audacity they showed in refusing to tell him about the alleged declassification of docs, and the suggested timeline. They didn't show any respect, but an intent to delay. I think he is spanking them pretty good.

but it's appropriate because it has to do with national security. it's not something trump gives a rat's ass about so he probably never considered that it could make a difference to the courts.

He is an old school by the book judge with tons of experience and if you claim something in
his court such as "the documents were declassified" you best show the court the proof (which
they couldn't w/out perjury) or you want a change of venue then you best site the law and the
reason for that change.

BTW @ 78 and with his background he doesn't have 2 shits left to give.

body in this lifetime and I must say that I DO want to see justice before I die. I have worked hard and long and I would like to see something in return before I die. That isn't asking much, is it?!?!?

Sometimes I think the immense hatred and need for justice has kept me going longer than my doctors announced in 2016.

I am not selfish and I know that all I have done was for the good of the US, but still...I want to see the whole corrupt, criminal tRump clan and the GQP who propped him up burn to the ground!!!!! I would really like to see that before I die...is it a pipe dream?
