that's all. Planned ahead of time, "be sure to say Hillary, emails. Say declassified. Say these things several times and we'll have our sound bites for a few days."

And they do. The same bites playing all day on MSNBC! "Hillary emails, declassified." Just what they wanted. They don't care if the context is crazy or makes no rational sense.
