I was watching the Netfllix documentary on Nolan Ryan and Bush plays a prominent role. I wonder if he would have been happier as the Commissioner Of Baseball than president. He also comes off a regular guy. I guess that was his appeal. I certainly didn't subscribe to his politics. However when you watch Jenna and Barbara Bush they are nothing like Trump's evil spawn which leads me to believe he was a good dad.

Condoleezza Rice is another one that didn’t do what she wanted. Not sure if her parents Forced her, but she wanted to be the football commissioner or something and I think she should’ve done it. Would’ve been way more happier.

Same as Bush, he never should’ve gotten the politics you could tell he hated it. He should’ve went and done some thing in sports perhaps not playing, but in the administrative portion.

it wasn't just that he was a "regular guy" in that people could easily talk to him. They liked it that he was not very smart or curious .

He caused a lot of harm and I believe his main reason for running had to do with his dad losing re-election and his support for the war in Iraq was personal also .

I agree about Barbara and Jenna and most of the females in that family seem to be great. It's too bad none of them go into politics .

Bush Jr blamed Iraq for 9-11 and gave trillions in tax breaks and war contracts to his chums.

This wouldn’t have happened were he not installed as President by 5-4 SCOTUS ruling (and his brother running the election in Florida).
