Christina identified herself as the Custodian of the documents and it was the Custodian of the documents who the DoJ Subpoena was directed at

She signed off on the letter saying they had no documents marked classified as the Custodian of the Documents.

She also identified herself as an attorney for Trump and in that capacity, signed off on the list of items the FBI took with their search warrant.

She has retained a lawyer because she could have some criminal responsibly here.
