Do you think this violates the Establishment Clause?

The nation would lose 👏 its 👏 shit 👏 if this were a polytheistic prayer or a Muslim call to prayer. And I don’t care how it has been interpreted, this ought to violate the Establishment Clause.

Let American Atheists, American Humanist Association, and/or Freedom From Religion Foundation take them to court.

They'll appeal it to USSC. They favor the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment over the Establishment Clause. When they rule, all states will have more than one "Days of Prayer."

Only mentions god—no names like Jesus, Allah etc. Depending on who you are god could be anyone of a thousand myriad gods floating around in the ether.
