Damn Russian Hurricane!
Do you think the orange Mar-A-Lago menace is using black magic, (or at least a black magic marker) to try and divert Ivan from shredding and flooding Mar-a-Lago or is he trying to call Putin and beg him to tell Ivan to hit California?
Or do you think he is trying to use what is left of that pumpkin that sat on the porch too long head of his to declassify what he no longer has any control of?
