And the asshole AG award goes to Ken Paxton (douche) TX. Piece of shit.
From the Texas Tribune:
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton fled his home in a truck driven by his wife, state Sen. Angela Paxton, to avoid being served a subpoena Monday, according to an affidavit filed in federal court.

2. Silly thing to do
It is obvious he is on notice; you can't avoid being served ultimately; the court will proceed and allow service one way or another.

4. Law and Order?
Really something to see a states top law enforcement officer flee a legally issued subpoena issued by a court. Really says something.

6. What's his excuse?
"This is for Ken Paxton, I'm Ken Pullman, common mistake."
