In one state doesn't automatically allow you to practice elsewhere. She probably has a lawyer for DC.
I believe that if you want to practice in CA and Nevada you have to pass both bar exams.

And Dominionstill hasn’t had their day in court for justice. And the bar is still dragging its feet in trying to disbar Powell
