This story just disgusts me.

What a shock.

So the murdering father is running from the cops, shooting at them... tells the daughter to put the helmet and vest on cuz... it's a gunfight..

And as the truck is hit by more gunfire, the man is mortally wounded and the truck comes to a stop.

15 year old girl, freaked out... jumps out of the truck and runs to police... TO BE RESCUED... fleeing this traumatic scene. UNARMED.

And Rambo, Joker, Dirty Harry and the Punisher shoot her dead.

PD says they're still "investigating" because maybe the 15 year old girl was charging at them with a machine gun or maybe the dead father shot his own daughter?

Look at the online videos. Cops had 3 different vantage points with rifles and shot hundreds of rounds... like they were at Iwo Jima... near a crowded freeway

No bad guy target..no crime in vicinity..no target.. Just wild firing in all directions Houses had bullet holes in them




I dont think soldiers in Iwo Jima would behave that way

I haven't seen any report that confirms the girl was fleeing from her father. Prior to this tragedy, the father and daughter had been staying in motels and living out of their truck

Was the girl armed when approaching the police?

If she had been shooting at the deputies prior to the stop then they had no idea if she was armed and still wanted to do them harm, that makes a big difference when you are making instant decisions.

7. Sheriff announced the 15 year old was firing at police during the pursuit

They are asking the California DoJ to take over the investigation. There have been rumors going around locally here of both dash cam and aerial footage from a helicopter of the girl firing at deputies while her father drove.

Her parents were separated and the girl was living with her father.
