Look out N & S Carolina, West Va., S.E. OH and KY because when what is left of Hurricane Ian tracks

... through we are going to see flooding like we saw last summer in KY.

Because when the Ian dumps its water in the mountains of the N & S Carolina that water will
cause flooding all the way to the Atlantic and in the hill country of KY, WV, and S.E. OH expect
flooding in the valleys, along the creeks, and rivers from the run off.
