My mother had a miscarriage, carried my brother to full term, had three more miscarriages, then I was born and my father had a vasectomy.

That was in the late 40's and early 50's.

If this happened now in some states, she might be charged with killing four babies. I wonder if my father could be charged as an accomplice.
