of the Dnipro.

The Antonovsky Bridge is destroyed, purportedly. The Kakhovka Dam has a bridge as part of the structure; it looks like it could be destroyed without destroying the dam.

But I agree. Securing the dam would close the pocket.

3. Remember what President Biden said yesterday

Nov 2022

He thought it was interesting that Putin waited until the day after the election to publicly comment on re-starting negotiations. It's apparent that Putin thought he'd be in a better position if the Republicans did as good as everyone said they would in the mid-terms. In that case, biding his time and waiting for a more favorable political climate would be his best move. When the Republicans fell on their collective, insipid faces, Putin was johnny-on-the-spot about want to talk this all out.

Also, in making his observation that the timing of Putin's statement was interesting, President Biden also said his administration knew that statement was coming, a little bit of nuance that the major media kind of skipped over. Biden's way of saying, "I'm still the President, you know" for those in the media with ears to hear.

Dems doing so well yesterday really helps Ukraine. The pro Russian Party wins in a landslide yesterday and the US support of Ukraine would dry up quickly.

4. Ukranian troops within 15 miles of Kherson were confirmed by the New Voice of Ukraine as of noon

today

https://english.nv.ua/nation/forward-ukrainian-units-already-within-25-km-of-kherson-ukraine-news-50283200.html

Also, reports of dozens of liberated Ukrainian villages have been published in the past 4 hours. (https://liveuamap.com/). With this kind of speed, I wouldn't be surprised if the Ukrainian troops are eating watermelon on the outskirts of Kherson City as we speak.
