Now that Jack Smith is on it, he will get to the bottom and I would expect real progress and some indictments in Donald's future.

the federal level at most to be plea bargained to some misdemeanors about record handling. The Georgia grand jury might indict or the DC gj but I don't know if you need a unanimous verdict in those cases once a trial takes place. I can easily see a MAGAT telling lies in order to get themselves on the jury in GA. The question really is did the Orange Ruski disclose classified info after leaving office and if so were money, development promises etc. involved. If so can we get that into evidence? There would have to be admissible documents, credible witnesses etc. It might be a better bet that some folks around him will fall on their sword for him and take blame like that scumbag Patel. They know they would see a payoff down the road.

Indict before this, and the evidence that Trump knowingly hid the documents becomes inadmissible.

their conviction rate is 95%>

They research it to death and then add as many counts that is possible and then,in most cases negotiate a deal.

In Trump's case they will only indict on charges they have him dead. To rights

10. Why isn't question more specific? Will he be indicted for jay walking, or treaso, or other?

not that he would be charged or indicted for any of those things, but it would be helpful to frame the qeestion with specifics.
