The person 2nd in line to the Presidency is still praising the coup leader

Just a reminder of how dangerous a situation we're in. We literally have a pro-insurrectionist traitor leading the House, with only Kamala Harris standing in the way of him getting the Presidency.

That's what happens when DoJ refuses to indict and prosecute the high level supporters of the insurrection.

1. When did the DoJ refuse to indict and prosecute the high level supporters

of the insurrection? I must have missed that announcement. Did Jack Smith retire or something?

2. It's been 2 years.

Usually when people commit crimes, they're arrested. Not allowed to be elected Speaker.

3. You said DoJ had *refused* to indict them. Just wondering when that happened.

Usually there's a news conference about such developments. Last I checked, Jack Smith is still employed.

4. Not doing anything for 2 years is refusing.

Justice delayed is justice denied.

7. Adam Schiff said about the DOJ the other day, "Too Much Caution Turns Into Immunity."

And that's where we are today.

5. It has been an entire congressional 2 year term - are you kidding?

they have refused for two years to indict Trump et al, only going after the lowest level foot soldiers.

p.s. there was no announcement- they just didnt do it.

6. The insurrectionists are in charge of the House now.

Our Dems are going to have to be vigilant and ready at a moment's notice to fight them.

Dangerous times ahead.

10. And once again

DOJ DOES NOT INDICT. Not for felonies.

Only grand juries can do that.

It helps to understand the process before assigning blame, willy-nilly.
