Reminds me of King Lear when it all came crashing down. But Trump is not tragic, he's pathetic.

when i was still on twitter, i would respond to him and usually what i posted was "just because you always got away with it doesn't mean you always will."

many times i have been afraid i would live to eat those words. still afraid, until it happens. point being that he never had to face consequences in his fucking life. 70+ years of it. along with all his personality disorders and delusions and his cult's senseless fealty, no he's never had to deal with the consequences of his own bad behavior. maybe had to drop a few million here and there. that's nothing compared to what he deserves.

i don't even find him pathetic let alone tragic. just hateful and ugly. i could pity him because he's never known love but if he doesn't care why should i. he's had plenty of time and the means to try to sort himself out, but thinks he's not only just fine, but the finest in the land. never done a thing wrong, never. perfect phone calls, grab 'em by the pussy, tearing his wife's hair out, cheating on his taxes along with every woman he ever married. no, perfect. never did anything wrong

Do you remember when she grudgingly went to visit the migrant children her husband had in cages on the southern border, and she wore a coat that had "I really don't care, do u?" painted on the back?

Which is, technically, not illegal, but I really think that society and she would benefit from some time apart.

mega-fines and possible disbarment.

Sanctions on Trump will be dragged out and probably never paid. Lawyers, however, that's another story.

A few more publicly announced sanctions, why even Saul Goodman wouldn't take his case.

17. Trump in Even More Legal Hot Water After Lying to Judge
Tue Jan 31, 2023, 04:33 PM
Jan 2023

Former President Donald Trump appears to have lied in sworn court records, opening him up to severe sanctions by a New York judge who has already lost his patience and threatened to punish him before.

Trump claimed he wasn’t the president of the Trump Organization during his four years at the White House, despite previously testifying that he was an “inactive president.” And he claimed that he didn’t have a financial stake in a partnership with the real estate company Vornado, even though he previously testified that he did.

On Tuesday, the New York Attorney General’s Office asked Justice Arthur F. Engoron to intervene quickly to ensure that the former president still faces a trial later this year that could bankrupt his company.

New York AG Letitia James sued the Trump family and their real estate empire for at least $250 million last year, the end result of a three-year investigation that documented how the Trumps have routinely faked property values to score better bank loans and cheat taxes. The civil lawsuit threatens to yank the company’s credentials, seize its bank accounts, and choke off its access to any banks in New York City—the global finance capital.
