Why is TFG still alive?

Former US President Donald Trump' s McDonald's order has been revealed in an upcoming memoir. Trump's go-to MCDonalds order was revealed by his son-in-law as a Big Mac, Filet-o-Fish, fries and a vanilla shake. (But he has a debt coke too. )

Big Mac 563 calories
Fries 378 " "
Filet-o-Fish 379 " "
Vanilla Shake 449 " "

1,769 Calories in total and God only knows about the fats and salt.

the rest of the day. It took me a while to learn. Still, a Big Mac, Q-Pounder with cheese and a large fry would taste pretty good about now and I'd be tasting it all day.

I used to get one of those at Hardees back in 2016. They had a sausage egg biscuit for a dollar and a senior coke was 65 cents. I could refill the coke all morning and use their wifi until I did all the applying and replying I needed online for jobs.

Super Size Me is a 2004 American documentary film directed by and starring Morgan Spurlock, an American independent filmmaker. Spurlock's film follows a 30-day period from February 1 to March 2, 2003, during which he ate only McDonald's food. The film documents the drastic effect on Spurlock's physical and psychological health and well-being. It also explores the fast food industry's corporate influence, including how it encourages poor nutrition for its own profit and gain.

Spurlock ate at McDonald's restaurants three times a day, eating every item on the chain's menu at least once. Spurlock consumed an average of 20.9 megajoules or 5,000 kcal (the equivalent of 9.26 Big Macs) per day during the experiment. He also walked about 2 kilometers (1.5 miles) a day. An intake of around 2,500 kcal within a healthy balanced diet is more generally recommended for a man to maintain his weight.[3] As a result, the then-32-year-old Spurlock gained 24.5 pounds (11.1 kg), a 13% body mass increase, increased his cholesterol to 230 mg/dL (6.0 mmol/L), and experienced mood swings, sexual dysfunction, and fat accumulation in his liver. It took Spurlock fourteen months to lose all the weight gained from his experiment using a vegan diet supervised by his then-girlfriend, a chef who specializes in gourmet vegan dishes.[citation needed]

... except for an occasional glass of wine, so we are told.

To me it seems that the lack of exercise is his worst habit. He never golfs without a golf cart and rarely walks more than 100 feet anywhere. Always takes an elevator or escalator, rather than stairways.

Lack of exercise, plus his addiction (rumored) to Adderol would surely take a toll on his heart-health.

1) Great genes, as both his parents lived until their 90's.

2) He was a US President. They live exceptionally long. The last one to die young was LBJ at 64 and that was 60 years ago.

Obviously he's got a great constitution.

I remember all the predictions of his demise here over the years.

Some were convinced he'd never make it through his term. Ah well.
