The really infuriating thing is they weren’t even trying to hide it. If they suffer no consequences, they will not stop. To Republicans being ethical, is defined as not getting caught

a violation of campaign finance law, the same as when Fox shared the Biden ad with the Trump administration before it aired.

That would mean that this DOJ would actually have to prosecute a campaign finance crime which it already passed on with individual one.

Makes this one of the biggest organized racketeering schemes ever. Not that the wealthy haven't gained control over governments and driven them into the ground before, it's global scale of it.

We're coming down to the wire, for real, on every front. From preserving democracy to slowing the destruction of the biosphere, we're running out of time in a hurry and we'd best be moving forward without slowing down. A lot of people and things will fall in the journey but we will either do what it takes to retain a presence on the planet or we won't.

I think we'll soon be hearing about a swarm of RICO cases in coming weeks and months.

It's what I predicted, among others who did also, a few years back and I anticipate that it is the primary charge we will be seeing from Georgia, probably New York too. I'm guessing that Jack Smith will be entertaining such ideas along with a stack of other indictments.

Lets Smith do his thing without influence from political head, Garland.

But... Garland still makes the final decision as to whether to bring charges, prosecute, etc...

I think...

As such, they should be required to follow all campaign laws. Corporations that support Fox with advertising should be viewed as donating to a Republican campaign.
