TENNESSEE GUN LAWS
This bill allows Tennessee residents 21 years or older (or 18 or older for certain military members) to concealed carry or open carry a handgun in the state of Tennessee, without the requirement of a state-issued gun license.

TENNESSEE ABORTION LAW
Abortion in Tennessee is illegal in all cases NO EXCEPTIONS. The ban took effect on August 25, 2022, thirty days after the Tennessee Attorney General notified the Tennessee Code Commission that Roe v. Wade was overturned on June 24, 2022.
