Just to make things clear for everyone, the pictures in that thread have been photoshopped. For instance, the one showing in the OP was edited to add hands holding flowers poking through the windows, as if they were being offered to the officers defending the building.

The next also adds an offering of flowers, and ups it with a box of donuts.

The third is an edit of the "hangman's frame", adding a Christmas wreath that covers over the noose, and a sign "yay, democracy"

The last is a shot of the crowd outside the capitol, holding a banner "we're Antifa. Honest."

The tweet mocks those alleging that the security footage shows anything damaging to Democrats.
