She's definitely had rhinoplasty. Her nose is completely different than it was. They did a good job on it.
It appears she's had lip filler, but not a huge amount of it - maybe half a syringe in each lip. The skin on her lips is in terrible condition; she could use a good exfoliation to get all the dead skin off.
Her eyebrows are quite a bit fuller. That COULD be makeup, but microblading or permanent brow (there's a difference: microblading is done with a scalpel, permanent brow with a tattoo machine; they say microblading looks "more natural" but permanent brow lasts longer) is more likely. Hard to tell with the blurriness of the picture, but it looks decent.
Probably permanent eyeliner. If she was going to sit for permanent brows anyway, that would have been a good time to have both done. That way she only has to hide for one week and not two for healing.
Quite a bit more makeup than before, but that's apparent. Her foundation is WAY darker than it used to be - like, before is "Ivory" and After is "light-skinned Black woman." Her "before" lipstick was a lot nicer than the nude she's wearing in her "after" photo. I like the "after" eyes quite a bit, but the "after" blush is about one shade too dark.
Her lashes are a lot more pronounced than before. I suspect they're extensions, which are REAL popular.
Her hair is a different color - before she had some streaks in it, but she's gone to single-process color. This shade works a lot better with the darker foundation she's wearing now. I would have KINDA liked to see a little color variation in it, but it looks good.
Whoever did all this work knew what they were doing.
She also appears to have been sampling her boyfriend's stash. Eyes half shut, weird mouth position and her teeth don't look so hot? Yeah, she's fucking bombed.
Her biggest problem is what's currently inside her head...hanging around the Trumps too long turns you into a fascist.
