Is FOX legally liable for anything that happened on January 6th?

If they had not promoted the Big Lie, would it still have happened? That is an open question. We do not know.

If FOX had told its viewers the truth, would Trump have continued his criminal plan to steal the election?

If FOX had followed thru from their meeting of January 5th, to tell the people the truth that Trump had lost the election, would January 6th have been different?

Somehow, I feel that the insurrection would not have happened if only FOX had been honest with the American people.

In my opinion, they were co-conspirators in a coup to over-throw the government of the United States.

The way to bring down Fox is the route Dominion is pursuing with its lawsuit. We all need to hope Dominion wins its billion dollar case and Fox has to pay up every penny.

That's the first thing that has to be determined

We know from the ratings that about 3 million adults nation wide watch Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity. That's about 1% of the adult population.

I am hoping that this Dominion case exposes the whole mess. It's starting to look like Dominion chose to go to trial specifically to expose their complicity in the coup, in getting the asshole elected in the first place and for at least half a million deaths due to lies about the pandemic just to name a few issues where they might be liable for damages of some kind.

Yeah, people are going to be lining up to sue those fuckers and I'm trying to figure out which angle I can take as an injured citizen in a state that was purple and is now magat as far as the government is concerned.
