I have 20+ hives and sell a lot of honey all summer at the local farmer’s market. A few $thousand worth anyway. Many many of those customers swear it helps with their allergies yet whenever I’ve researched it the evidence seems to be almost entirely anecdotal. Very little scientific support so I admit to being a bit of a sceptic. Don’t get me wrong if it drives up sales for local beekeepers and motivates folks to keep bees which is one of the best things you can do for your local environment as an individual.. then I’m all for it. Just have yet to see definitive scientific support for a theory that seems very widespread.

i wonder why science is not on board. but i suppose it can't be PROVED. + just clover honey worked years ago. + wi worked a few days when i went to texas. buying meth pills was getting annoying.
i drink grapefruit enhanced tea daily. 1 teaspoon of honey added. haven't had symptoms in ages. oh, + doesn't work on sinus pressure, but the cure for that is sneezing. i snort pepper.
