I have not seen or heard anything like that at a Jan 6 sentencing. Tristan Stevens strung together a series of conspiracy claims… while presumably asking for leniency.

It’s noteworthy that Tristan Stevens wasn’t immediately sent to prison. Judge suggested Stevens’s conspiratorial claims suggested some concern about a lack of willingness to follow the law.

But the Justice Dept wouldn’t press the issue. Stevens gets to go home

I spoke briefly w/ Stevens. He says he doesn’t watch Tucker Carlson, or any tv, gets his news on internet. And continued to mention Ray Epps

When asked about Donald Trump & future “pardons”… he said Trump has already announced he’ll pardon Jan 6ers.. and would keep his word
