We both came to the same conclusion, the party of Motherfucker is chock-full-of-nuts and unserious people, whose strategy is to outbreed the serious people.

We have no solution to counter their following of the Idiocracy playbook.

I think there are numerous strategies available. Choosing to bleed ‘them’ dry is going to harm people you don’t (or at least shouldn’t) want to harm along the way. Personally I think expanding the court unilaterally is the best way to counteract that for the near future, especially before the end of this year while complaints about it being an ‘election year’ are inconsequential (and it will be forgotten by next year, when the next terms will come up and be potentially consequential). Playing the robber barron game just makes potential allies bitter and suspicious.

This is exactly what the religious right wants. Girls and women forced to bear children, especially if it interrupts their education and prevents then from competing for jobs with men, and to be completely reliant on a male for their financial stability so males can once again feel superior.

I’ve reqd nothing about Boebert’s son marrying his underage girlfriend, yet Boebert regularly quotes the Bible and presumably her religion frowns on sex before marriage and out-of-wedlock births. Just one more example of the hypocrisy regularly displayed by white evangelicals who talk the talk but never live up to what they demand other people to do.

Plus, much if not most of the Republican base is either leaving child bearing age or left it already. Double plus, non-Hispanic whites, the core of the Republican Party, have by far the lowest fertility rates of any racial group in the US and it's showing no signs of increasing.
