Doug Mastriano is leading big-time in the Republican primary. He has 39% to the more sane David McCormick's 21%.

(15,334 posts)I can't see Doug Mastriano beating any known PA Democrat.

(2,654 posts)Here in western PA, at some distance from Pittsburgh, the right-wingers still strut their contempt for us Dems. I just got back from grocery shopping where, in the parking lot, there was a huge late model pickup truck with rear window stenciling having its wording slightly obscured, but the stenciling presented a profane comment to Tom Wolf. My hope is that 2024 will see a strong turnout of sane voters who will reject the Rethug candidates.

(8,318 posts)I have friends that were at Holy Cross with him, he is about 60. In senate years, (like dog years minus 1) he has about 4/5 terms left.
