What if . . . .

TFG *is* indicted, then what?

He'll have to be arrested, right?

What if he won't allow the Police to come on to Mar-A-Lago? Or Bedminster, NJ?

Which state Police: Florida, New York, or New Jersey?

If in Florida, and an arrest is made, will TFG be compelled to be booked in New York?

And further, if in Florida, would DeSantis refuse to extradite TFG to another state?

Then what?

extradite to the U.S. Must figure he can worm his way out of all these messes like he's always done before. His hubris could finally be his undoing.

what if his nutbag followers encircle mara puke-o with a bunch of ar-15s and refuse to let LEOs in?

recall that they showed up when his home was searched but since that was unannounced the FBI was pretty much done by the time the nutbags got out of mommy's basement

If indicted, he'd be given a window of time to surrender at the prosecutors office.

If he refused to show up, the relevant law enforcement would go to take him into custody; nobody (including SS) would stop them from entering his private property.

If it was an out of State entity, they'd need to extradite him from Florida with State permission. Do you imagine that DeSantis would protect him?

If Florida refused, Trump wouldn't be able to travel, which means he wouldn't be able to campaign.

Uniform Criminal Extradition Act. Trump will be given the opportunity to voluntarily surrender and I suspect that is exactly what he will do. Not quietly, he will post stupid shit and scream on his SM platform.
