HOw many here listen to Meidas Touch Network?

Last edited Wed Mar 15, 2023, 09:30 PM - Edit history (1)

With Ben Meiselas and his brothers and assorted hosts?

I have been listening lately and Ben seems very knowledgeable about the law. And he is on top of every story before it ever makes it to cable news. He supplies the documents and the videos.

The quality and and the quantity of their news stories are impressive.

They now have almost a million viewers, more than CNN, MSNBC, and FOX.

Are they the news of the future?

I don't know if it's the audio of their TV show or if they do it separately

including about legal matters, his presentation is, imo, often unclear, and/or unnecessarily attenuated.

Unless you have your own news gathering resources, what you are is a commentary show.

My suspicion, to be blunt, is that people tune in largely because they have an anti-Trump skew to their analysis.

all things legal..of course it may be somewhat bent towards the Democratic way of thinking, for those of us who want no nonsense, truthful up to date information on the legal front..but isn't that why we are here at DU?..

Ben Meiselas, brothers, Michael Popok (Legal AF podcast), Michael Cohen (Mea Culpa and with Ben, Political Beatdown)..and Harry Litman (Talking Feds)..they all have great guests..Glenn Kirschner ..(Justice Matters)..

They are not beholden to the whims of corp media..at least they are trying to keep Democracy ALIVE..I give them all the support I can..KUDOs..

A shoutout to our own DU inhouse video/media Rhiannon 12866. .keeps the videos coming..and timely..we all have our own mode..Utube, podcast..etc..

If they've ever mentioned who may be the youngest, I'm not remembering, and I couldn't find it online. They're all smart and easy on the eyes, IMO.

Mainly watch their videos on YouTube. They produce a lot of content so it can be hard to keep up with all of it. Their legal analysis is very informative.

I don't know if any of the cable channels can keep up with them, as far as informing the public?
