Has anyone ever had to activate their insurance card?
Going through the mail now that I'm home and YES my insurance card is here. Hopefully it will cover my ER visit. Visit to my lung specialist who wanted to see me after I was at the hospital (he put me on different meds. While the hospital put me on the Z pak he changed it to Ciprofloxacn and Theophyllin-the same meds when I was in the hospital last year.)
Anyways. The insurance card had to be registered online. My husband was shocked and I have never seen this before either.
It is Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
