I bet Republicans at all state and local levels are hoping that the judge in over the abortion pill

rules against banning the pill. That way they can say they tried but won't have to face the rage at the polls from the women who are affected. The GOP are really cowards covered by money and power.

I don't see how this judge can order the FDA to do anything. Approval for a drug is not a law, so it's not a constitutional issue.

It seems like the only thing he could do is rule the law that set up the FDA to be unconstitutional. Which would mean drug companies could sell/release whatever they wanted.

But it would seem this would be up to congress.

If the judge rules that the abortion pill is banned and its allowed to stand more than the 2 hours it takes to get a stay, then the next thing the crazies will come after is vaccines.

That will be the result of the assault on abortion rights.

This republic is not going to survive.

It's Texas, where the state attorney general has charges and investigations against him, where all the state office holders are malignant wingnuts, where the governor is as bad or worse than deSATAN.
