Trump, you fluorescent tangerine imbecile. you could have quietly lived in the shadows and gotten with porn actresses and laundered Russian mob money for eternity, but you had to be the center of attention and now the whole world is going to watch you get indicted

Sadly every grade schooler on the playground generously sprinkles them around like Skittles.

Those words have become as common as Rhett Butler not giving a damn.

His opinion almost has more punch without the dud firecrackers.

when every 5th word is fuck or fucking. BFD!

And I would say his opinion actually HAS more punch without the dud firecrackers, which by the way, is a phrase I've never typed before in my life, so another first for me!

...than what's likely left of his life after any substantial penalties, maybe, just maybe, come to roost.

Even if, fina-fucking-lly, an indictment comes soon, I'd bet it's at least 2-3 years of trials and appeals before Trump serves any time whatsoever, in whatever comparatively comfortable form "serving time" might take compared to the hard prison time he deserves.

Sort of, a lot of people think it’s going to be a country club existence and I sure hope not

But my thoughts are that he’s done so much to screw over our country that they won’t let him have that kind of future.

He’ll find a way to get around a gag order, he has his fans recite his words on the various websites ad nauseum as it is

So we’d have to continue watching him try to encourage violence each and every time he gets a hangnail, I can’t even think of him being in house arrest and still spouting his lies and calls for violence until the day he dies

I hope the realize this and that they are going to put him away in a place that he no longer try to continue what he’s doing as we speak, he won’t shut up, he can’t, it’s not possible

Put him in a cell, lock the door and throw away the key, deny him any contact with the outside world, put a gag order on his lawyer and his family, keep his voice out of our lives forever

His followers are going to act up no matter what happens but without his voice egging them on our lives will be so much better

He deserves zero accommodations, and isn’t putting someone in jail supposed to be taking away their freedoms?

That’s what I think will happen, I just won’t bet on it

He never gave a crap about politics, always too busy conning people. Suddenly realized he could con people on a national scale, and he couldn't resist.

And the only way he sees to proceed is to keep playing the con game, to the max. So far it’s held off the wolves… (ugh!)

…all Trump had to do is let Dr. Fauci handle the pandemic and just defer to him with those questions, just keep his mouth shut. He could have still been a political imbecile on all other subjects and he would have been re-elected in a landslide.
I’m in emergency services, I’ve had Covid three times. I’ve seen the really sick a bunch of times. Dr. Fauci with Trumps support would have been a folk hero.

Governor Pritzker had almost daily news conferences. He had a wonderful doctor who gave the pandemic news and instructions. She was a black lady who was fluent in Spanish. So, after speaking in English, she repeated everything in Spanish. Pritzker deferred to her. I remember one day when she turned around and cried.

She has resigned now. I imagine everything just became too stressful for her.

Thank God for our governor here in Illinois and the great experts he finds to guide us.
