Ignoring the first day jitters, I REALLY like the notion of interviewing her big guests in their home environment. In this episode, it was Gretchen Whitmer at her alma mater, Michigan State, and Eric Adams on the streets and in the subway of New York City.
Very refreshing.

(2,824 posts)Jen has taken her interviews out of the studio and into the Real People's Streets. And now we see Mayor in the kitchen making morning smoothies. Her show is a great improvment over most Sunday Morning shows!

(43,249 posts)Americans are failing to embrace spirituality. He also called criticism of his statements 'noise' (when she asked him about people being concerned about separation of church and state via bringing prayer and religion back into schools). He said one of the most important things he learned is to not allow noise to get in the way of what everyday people hear.
