When TFG Asked Russia to hack HRC's email, what law did he break?

4. Given the context of when he said "Russia, if you're listening..."

(i.e., during one of his Moron Rallies, while addressing his drooling worshippers), I don't know that he can legally be charged with much of anything for that. It would all be chalked up to intemperate words by a blustering fool in the heat of a political campaign.
