I guess at this point Claudia Tenney should become one of Trump's lawyers with such sterling legal advice. And Tenney is a lawyer who practiced for many years before she went into politics. But that doesn't seem to matter if you're a MAGA lawyer.

And news for Rep. Tenney, Trump has already said he will appear. "As was pointed out for Tenney, Trump’s lawyers previously released a statement saying he would cooperate with authorities should an indictment come."

Because anyone can point to the tens of thousands of people who were indicted, ran away, never had a warrant issued, were never picked up, and live happy and free today in full public view as the cops and courts leave them alone, muttering that it’s a good thing that not even more people have found out about this huge loophole.
