5. Falsifying business records

which by itself is a just a misdemeanor, so the speculation is that Bragg will attempt to elevate it to a felony by showing that Trump's “intent to defraud” included an intent to commit or conceal a second crime, possibly campaign finance related. Not tax. Not witness tampering.
