DeSantis' statement about possible TFG indictment

1. Manhattan DA "ignoring" city crime to go after TFG.
2. Manhattan DA choosing to go after TFG after "many years".

OK, DeSantis is talking without knowledge (again).

1. To the best of my understanding, arrests are still being made and criminal procedure is still in place in New York City. TFG isn't the only "target". Rikers is still pretty crowded.

2. "Many years" -- TFG had a shield against prosecution during his four-year tenure in the WH. I'm certain that the prior DA, Robert Morgenthau opened his file before TFG was extracted from DC. It's taken at least four years to get where there's enough evidence to just indict. It isn't like this is a stale case.
