Getting this on my phone, 2 different browsers. Somehow I’m able to get on with iPad. What’s going on?

1. It's just normal internet weirdness I'm afraid

Our firewall thinks there is a problem with your connection for some reason. It should shortly figure out that there isn’t a problem and will let the connection through. If you happen to be using a VPN, I’d suggest trying to connect without it turned on. Sorry for the inconvenience. The problem should resolve itself soon.

3. I am having the same problem.. just started an hour ago

I have to go to google search for DU and hit it there to get in..

Saw it a lot over one time period, but then went away for a very long time.
I'd say this happened twice now.
Seen the 403 things several times, but only twice was it a regular occurrence.

7. Same here on my iPad for "Latest Threads."

So I closed the tab and went to Yahoo to search for Democratic Underground. Always works. Not this time still 403 Forbidden.

So I selected Home and got in.

And now I don't see my Avatar

8. Same here when I tried the DU shortcut on my laptop. Got in just typing Democratic Underground.

I got here via a backdoor. I did a google search on a topic I knew had been discussed recently then followed that link.

I still (roughly 2 hours later) can't access the site by typing democraticunderground.com into the URL I tried two browsers (including an incognito tab) on two different devices.

Now that I'm on the site, I can't reach links found via the embedded google search.

13. i'm not having trouble access in the site but......

my Ukrainian flag avator just shows up as a broken image when I post. I tried uploading my own image and it said "403 forbidden". So I tried loading the flag again, and it still won't work....

Oh and it seems my Avatar is has gone missing.
