These are the people that tried to overthrow the government and are siding with the insurrectionists, vowing to get them released from jail. These are people who claim causing over $1 million in damage to the Capitol, smearing shit on the walls, several deaths and over 100 police officers injured by right-wing terrorists holding trump flags and mace and wearing body armor was a "peaceful demonstration by tourists". These are people that think it's perfectly normal (if you're a republican president) to charge the American taxpayer $600 to $1,500 a night for each of the secret service and your entourage and family to stay in your crappy hotels 3 days a week and put the money in your pocket. These are people that are ok with a president stealing classified docs and then denying he had them before refusing to give them back and having his attorneys negotiate with National Archives to give some of them back, then saying he declassified them with his mind. These are people that ruined peoples' lives by accusing them of election fraud and calling them out by name. These are people that tried to convince officials in several states to just overturn the election or find him votes, then thought they could just "re-instate" someone with no explanation. These are people that are ok with a president keeping gifts from foreign nations in violation of the law. These are people that encouraged their worshipers to hang the vice president of the US. These are people that made it ok for Congress people to bring guns into the Capitol building. These are 'family values' people that think it's ok for a republican president to have several affairs, then try to cover it up by paying the women off. These are people that think it's perfectly normal (if you're a republican president) to hire your kids as 'advisors' and then watch as they fly all over the world at taxpayer expense making lucrative private deals for themselves. Sure, Dems are "radical".
