Trump has made multiple threats online in the last two days.

That Stormy case had a constant smell of tampering or obstruction.
Cohen refused to appear in Congress initially because of Trump threats.
Mueller complained of 10 counts of obstruction.

I would think Bragg's got a pretty clear case for this by now.
The GOP are not going to be able to lie about this behavior and get it widely accepted.
